About this Product
This chrysocolla and African turquoise necklace is 19.5” long. The chain is dainty, but the pendant is large. I made this brass necklace using metalsmith techniques. It has an African turquoise cabochon and a blue and brown chrysocolla. African turquoise is really jasper, so not sure really why they named it as turquoise, but it is definitely a beautiful stone. I added three silver accents in between the stones, and the stones are bezel set in argentium silver. It has a brass chain with a lobster style clasp. I deliberately darkened the pendant and chain in some areas to give it a slight antique and reddish gold look. The pendant is 3” long from left to right and 1 & 1/8” wide. Please note how the necklace hangs in the last picture. It will not hang rounded like most necklaces. It hangs more square, which I think really works for the design. If you love this necklace, but it is too short for your liking, consider shopping for a brass extension chain to extend the length.

HOW TO CARE FOR THIS NECKLACE: It cannot be placed in jewelry cleaner or it will remove the antiqued or oxidized look and lose some of the warmer tones.

I'm a wife and mother first, but I'm thankful for any free time I get to craft jewelry. My shop at home is my happy place where I work, crank up loud music, and forget any worries I have for just a few hours or so. I'm a self taught metalsmith that fell in love with all the different colors of gemstones. That love ultimately led to my desire to cut stones. I'm also a rockhound and love hunting for crystals, diamonds, and Kentucky agate. For a while I was also fusing glass, but unfortunately, I didn't have much time to add on another hobby. I still have some glass items left to purchase from that endeavor. I hope you enjoy looking at or buying from my shop.

YOUR SATISFACTION/MY REVIEWS:
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, I hope you will not leave negative feedback. I work very hard at what I do. Just notify me within 3 days of receiving, and I will send you a return label so you are not out the cost of postage to return. The item(s) must be returned in original jewelry boxes or boxes, undamaged, and not altered in any way. If the item arrived in a padded envelope, and you no longer have it, any padded envelope of similar size will do. This will ensure the cost to return is the same. Please do not send items back in zip lock bags. They will get damaged. I will refund returned items immediately upon receipt.
PACKAGES LOST IN THE MAIL OR THAT SHOW DELIVERED BUT WERE NOT RECEIVED:
I hope you understand I cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages that show "delivered" (too many scams out there.) But, I will request that the post office do a search on a package if you have not received it, yet it shows delivered. The post office can provide proof of delivery. I do insure large or expensive items, so if a package is lost in the mail (and does not show delivered), I will request reimbursement from the postmaster for you.
