About this Product
Easy to wear and with a variety of vibrant visages, these purses are made from recycled clothing! Gently-used t-shirts, dresses, and even skirts that were shelved from wearing have been transformed into bags that are full of texture and style. Hand crocheted, these bags have a delightful look that fully celebrates their wardrobe past.
All purses are Approximately 9.5" wide by 8" high unless otherwise noted. Strap is Approximately 44".

Meet the Maker
Hi, I’m Megan and things are a little quacky here!
Ducks Never Waver started when I was going through severe health issues and one day I saw some ducks swimming in frigid water, doing their thing, just excited to be ducks. I decided I wanted that, maybe not to be a literal duck, but to be creative and have a beauty filled life! I’ve been doing fiber arts since I was 9 and I am still so excited about creating one of a kind pieces! Always keeping comfort and ease in mind, I’ll throw in a nod to ancient crafts, bold color combos, or an eclectic use of materials that make you go “mmmhhmm that’s a bit quacky!”
My hope for my products is that they express the beauty that God has created and show the healing quality of art for the maker and you!

How it’s Made
I cut up old gently used t-shirts, dresses, skirts etc. into yarn. Then using my hands, crochet into a bag! No hook required, the epitome of handmade! Then a leather strap is cut, coated it with saddle soap, and fastened to the purse with copper rivets.
