One Day Jewelry
Meet the Maker
I'm Angela, and this is one day jewelry. Thanks for stopping by. I've been a crafter since childhood, but earrings are by far my favorite things to make, whether it's in beads, embroidery, clay, alcohol inks, acrylic paints, or some other technique I have yet to discover. The name comes from the initials of my husband and me, and a lucky number. By day, I'm an administrator for an arts in education non-profit in Indianapolis, but on weekends, I'm usually working on one craft project or another: earrings, cross-stitch, tie-dying, sewing or helping the husband with one of his woodworking projects.

How it’s Made
black, white, blue and yellow rounds of polymer clay were layered into a roll and run through an extruder. Sliced and laid out onto white clay, then cut into shapes, baked and assembled into earrings.

Care Instructions
It's very important to properly care for your earrings in order for them to have long lasting life.
Polymer clay is quite durable, but also easy to bend, even if coated in resin. Avoid bending earrings. This can cause cracking or breakage.
Resin, while also durable, will show surface scratches. Avoid storing in clumps.
Take your earrings off before showering or going into water.
When not wearing your earrings, store them in a dry area.
Over time, it is normal for hair products, skin care products, and/or makeup to build up on the earrings. Simply wipe with a damp cloth. For tough to remove stains, it's okay to use a tiny bit of dish soap.
