About this Product

(DIGITAL DOWNLOAD) A Betsy Ross Flag designed to look as if it been through battle, with burn and tear marks. CNC digital files. VCarve, AI, DXF, EPS, PDF, SVG, ) along with the 3D Flag model in various formats; .obj, .stl, .fbx. To avoid confusion, the 3D flag file is just the flag waves; the extruded stars, stripes and text are added later with the supplied vector files.

If you are using VCarve as your CNC program of choice, you will also get the VCarve project file already set up with the cut paths you need for your CNC machine. The VCarve file is set up in Metric and not Imperial, just in case there's any confusion when opening the file. Router bits used to create the project: 1/4th DownCut bit, 1/4th Ballnose Bit, 1/8th Ballnose Bit, 90vBit, 60vbit, and a 1/4th Compression bit. Unless you tweak the settings on your machine, the current run time is roughly 12.5 hours to cut the flag out.

You will be sent a PDF containing a downloadable Google Drive link to the Digital files for you to download.

The pictured item dimensions are roughly 686mm x 362mm or 27"x 14.25", but the digital files can be scaled to whatever size you need them to be based on your machine's parameters. The starting thickness of the wood used is 35mm, or 1.5". I would recommend not using anything thinner than 1", depending on how deep you want the waves of the flag to be.

Welcome to my shop, my is Jason Craft. A native Minnesotan my journey into the world of arts and crafts began when I was just a kid, I was always creating/building things. Over the years, this childhood curiosity blossomed into a full-fledged passion for creating unique, handcrafted pieces that combine the rustic charm of wood with the timeless elegance of leather. Crafting is more than just a hobby for me; it’s a way of life. There’s nothing quite like the satisfaction of turning raw materials into something beautiful and useful. I love the challenge of bringing a new idea to life and the joy of seeing my creations find a place in someone’s home. Knowing that my work is appreciated and cherished by others is the ultimate reward.

Thank you for visiting my profile! I look forward to sharing my passion with you and hope you find something special that speaks to you.
