Meet the Maker
Hi everyone! I'm Lori Ann, and I've been interested in making bath and body care products ever since I learned to make my first cream in pharmacy school over 25 years ago. I started my journey into bath and body care about 15 years ago, learning how to make soap. Once I learned that, I moved on to lotions and creams and everything else, using or giving away what I made. In 2016, I was introduced to essential oils and began experimenting with them, leading to the birth of the Essential Apothecary in December 2016. All of my products are my own formulations and I use natural/naturally derived ingredients and essential oils and natural fragrances for scent. No artificial colors or fragrances, no sulfates, parabens, or phthalates. I won't make and sell something that I don't use daily!
Shop Policies
Shipping Policy:
1. We will ship out your order in 1-3 business days.
2. Please provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for lost or return packages due to incorrect address.
3. The Essential Apothecary is not responsible for USPS delayed shipping time.
Returns and Refunds:
You may return new, unused, unopened (i.e. seals are still intact) items within 7 days upon delivery. Due to the nature of personal products, once the products have been used, we will not accept returned items.
Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs and tracking numbers associated with your returned packages. Refunds will be issued (excluding shipping charges) once we receive the returned package.
Wholesale Ordering:

Privacy
The Essential Apothecary respects all of our customers' privacy and thus will only use personal information for shipping orders and communications. We will never share any personal information or email addresses to third parties. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.
