Hi, I’m the heart behind Creations 2 the Heart a small hobby business based in Jacksonville, Florida and serving the surrounding Florida communities. I’m a crafty grandmother of three who loves turning simple ideas, special memories, and everyday items into meaningful creations made with love and purpose.
What began as creating heartfelt gifts for my own family and friends has grown into a passion for helping others celebrate life’s moments. I specialize in handmade, personalized gifts created with love and meaning. I offer custom diaper cakes for that special baby shower gift, memory keepsakes made from cherished clothing including T-shirt blankets, keepsake bears, and memory pillows, as well as handmade wreaths that will personalize your home décor.

Ready-to-ship items: Orders are processed within 2-5 days.
Processing time does not include shipping time. Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
