Karen has been stitching her way through life for as long as she can remember. With 6 years of embroidery expertise under her belt and a lifetime of sewing and making, she's the mastermind behind every delightful creation at DoodCrew Studio.
Her Inspiration? A pack of doodle dogs and labs who think they're comedians. Cali, Cooper, Ollie, Enzo, Lexi, Harley, and Ruger keep the studio on it's toes with their antics, providing endless ideas for whimsical, creative designs. Whether it's a doodle dog tutu or a lab in a buffalo plaid personalized scarf, Karen's creations are as playful as her furry muses.

Shop Policies
Processing Time: Most items offered by the DoodCrew Studio ship within 3 to 7 days. While it doesn't happen often, sometimes supplies are out of stock for your item. In such cases, you will be notified immediately a new estimated processing time. In such cases you may cancel your order at the time you receipt such notification.
Shipping Information: We highly recommend selecting UPS rather than USPS. Note: Once your item is "handed off" to the shipper (UPS, USPS), our ability to impact delivery dates and times is out of our hands at that time. Additionally, once the package is in the shipper's possession, we are no longer responsible for its delivery. If you have an issue, we will certainly assist you in any way we can; however, we will not refund your order based on non-receipt or damage of item by shipper. Tracking is provided to help you know where and when your package will be delivered. Please be sure you provide an accurate address when you place your order.
Return/Refund Policy: We have a 15-day return policy on Non-Personalized, Non-Custom items, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return as established by shipper tracking. Custom items such as those with a name, a grade, a school, etc. are non-returnable! To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. NOTE: Personalized items are non-refundable at any time, please be sure to proof-read and verify your personalization information.
To start a return, you can contact us at studio@doodcrew.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question: studio@doodcrew.com
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
