I am a Social Worker by day and DIY'ER and Crafter by night and weekends. I started crafting as a way to show my love and appreciation for others through handmade gifts for Birthdays, Christmas, Anniversaries and other holidays and occasions. What started out as a hobby and interest has now turned into newly established business and love for creating. I mainly focus on beaded and sublimated items such as bracelets, keychains, badge reels, pens, necklaces, t-shirts, mugs, tumblers, mouse pads, and totes. As time goes on and business picks up I hope to incorporate other crafts and items.

How it’s Made
Materials Needed:
Green glass seed beads
White glass seed beads
Gold and green conch shell charm (centerpiece)
0.7mm clear elastic stretch cord
Scissors
Measuring tape
Hypo cement (optional for extra security)
Beading needle (optional)
Step-by-Step Instructions:
1. Measure and Cut the Elastic Cord
Measure your wrist or use a standard size for the bracelet (typically 6-7 inches).
Cut a piece of 0.7mm clear elastic stretch cord about 10 inches long to give you extra length for tying the knot.
2. Plan Your Bead Pattern
Before threading the beads, decide how you want to arrange the green and white glass seed beads.
You can alternate the colors (e.g., 3 green beads, 3 white beads) or create a unique pattern.
3. String the Beads
Begin threading the green and white glass seed beads onto the elastic cord.
If needed, use a beading needle to make it easier, especially with small seed beads.
Continue alternating or following your chosen pattern as you fill the cord.
4. Add the Conch Shell Charm
Once you've strung about half of the beads, thread the gold and green conch shell charm onto the elastic cord.
Continue adding the remaining beads after the charm, maintaining the pattern.
5. Check the Fit
Wrap the bracelet around your wrist (or measure to your preferred length) to check the fit.
Adjust the number of beads if needed to ensure a comfortable fit without overstretching the elastic.
6. Tie a Surgeon’s Knot
To secure the bracelet, tie a surgeon’s knot:
Cross the two ends of the elastic cord and tie a basic overhand knot.
Tie another overhand knot, but this time, pass one end through the loop twice before tightening.
Gently pull both ends to tighten the knot without overstretching the cord.
7. Secure the Knot (Optional)
For extra security, you can apply a small amount of hypo cement to the knot. This helps the knot hold firmly.
Allow the glue to dry according to the product instructions.
8. Trim the Excess Cord
Once the glue has dried (if used), carefully trim the excess elastic cord close to the knot.
Slide a nearby bead over the knot to hide it, creating a clean and polished finish.
9. Final Touches
Inspect the bracelet to ensure all beads are evenly spaced and the knot is secure.
Your beautiful charm bracelet, featuring green and white seed beads and a gold and green conch shell charm, is now ready to wear!

I do not offer any returns or refunds unless any of your items arrive damaged. If any items do arrive damaged you will have seven days from your order arrival date to report the issue to showmesunflowerceations@gmail.com. Note, all sales are final. You are responsible for verifying that your shipping address is correct and can receive packages. Showme Sunflower creations is not responsible for any accidental/unnaproved orders that you place. There will be no refunds for any address errors.
Important Notes for any Exchanges
To qualify for a damaged item exchange, you must send photo or video proof to showmesunflowercreations@gmail.com. No returns or exchanges will be processed without completing this step.
For all exchanges, please allow 5-10 business days to process.
Items in my shop are one of a kind and will have to be replaced with a similar item of the same category.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
