Floating shelf - Standard Sizes: Depths of 6, 8, 10 inches, Hight 3 inches, Length will be chosen with the drop-down menu.
Floating shelves come with hardware for mounting to a sheetrock wall. If properly installed shelves will be able to hold up to 50 lbs.
This floating shelf is made from pine other woods are available on custom request for an additional charge.
How to order:
• Choose the width of the mantel from the drop-down menu.
• View the stain color chart that have in the picture gallery for comparison of colors. Once you have decided on a color you love, please choose the color name from the drop-down menu.
Natural materials have an organic random beauty that is unique to each piece. Please be confident that the unique item crafted for you will look and work as seen in the above images however due to those same wonderful natural materials it will have a unique appearance. Wood grain and color will vary slightly.
Customized orders:
• Custom width shelves will be priced at the next larger standard size, for shelves larger than the largest standard size a quote will be generated, and your approval will be required before construction begins.
• If a custom color is desired, please reach out to us with your request and we will see if we can match your request.
• This item can also be ordered in other wood species. examples include walnut, maple, cherry, mahogany and hickory please let us know if you would like a quote for your desired width.
Hardware: mounting hardware for drywall installation is provided with mantel purchase.
• If installing on brick or stone, 1/4 inch masonry screws and a masonry drill bit should be purchased at a local hardware store.
• Please see the installation guide provided for installing your mantel.

How it’s Made
We make our shelves with a 5/8 thick ponderosa pine with lock miter glued joints. This combination provides you with a strong light shelf with virtually invisible joint. Pine provides a solid stable shelf with the most beautiful wood grain and character. We make shelves from a wide range of colors.
The wall mounted supports are made from a solid wood wall brace and plywood support arms. Connected with a floating tenon providing a very strong union to support your new shelf. Mounted as recommended with the provided hardware into studs the shelves will support 50lbs with at least 2 stud mountings.
