These 7mm pearlescent pink studs for women fuse elegance and thoughtful design into a pair of daily wear earrings that match any style.
The bezel is hand finished satin copper and brass meaning no two pairs will ever look alike. The metal dances with bright tones of rosy copper and brass. Inside that bezel is inlaid very pale pink dyed koto wood with a natural pearlescent glimmer (called chatoyancy in wood terms)
Finished with hypoallergenic stainless steel posts and ear nuts, these earrings are as wearable as they are striking.

• Avoid chemicals – No acetone, nail polish remover, ammonia, or harsh cleaners.
• Condition occasionally – Use food-safe mineral oil to keep the wood happy.
• Polish metal parts – Use a soft cloth; do not use liquid metal cleaners.
• Store safely – Keep in a dry place, away from direct sunlight & feline jewel thieves.
Each pair is handmade & one of a kind. Treat them well, and they’ll stay meow-nificent!

Meet the Maker
At Chased by Cats, we craft unique wooden jewelry that is as one-of-a-kind as a cat’s mood swings. No two pieces will ever be exactly alike—no matter how hard we try (and trust us, we’ve tried). This isn’t a flaw; it’s a feature. Perfection is overrated, and we’ve never been great at symmetry anyway. Each piece is painstakingly handcrafted with care, attention to detail, and the occasional interruption from a demanding meow.
Our jewelry is made from a variety of beautiful, natural and dyed woods, often incorporating reclaimed materials and unique inlays. Every piece tells its own story, shaped by the grain and textures of the wood itself. Whether it’s a rich exotic hardwood, a piece of history repurposed into something new, or a striking contrast of materials, we focus on creating jewelry that stands out. Wood is warm, lightweight, and full of character—just like the best kind of troublemaker (you know, the four-legged kind).
My home is ruled by six graciously merciful feline overlords, and I am but their humble human, here to serve their every whim. That said, for very good reasons, they are strictly banned from the workshop. Power tools and curious paws don’t mix—and let’s just say they have a deeply misguided idea of what a litter box should be.

While they may not be directly involved in the creative process (for everyone’s safety), my feline overlords bring joy, chaos, and the occasional stray cat hair into every part of my life. They’re my ever-present, ever-judgmental audience, and their antics are a constant source of entertainment. Beyond my own crew, I also volunteer at a local cat sanctuary, supporting even more four-legged royalty in their quest for world domination, love and comfort.
Welcome to Chased by Cats! Every piece you find here is made with dedication, humor, and a little bit of cat magic (minus the wood shavings).
How it’s Made
Using a unique process light pink dyed koto wood is inlaid into a brass and copper bezel. The wood is hand sanded and polished then finished with oil and wax. The bezel is hand finished with a satin sheen that results in varying amounts of copper or brass making each bezel unique. Finally, a hypoallergenic stainless steel post and friction backing is added.

All items are painstakingly handcrafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. We make every attempt to accurately measure, describe and provide photos. Due to the nature of wood; color, grain, pattern, orientation and texture may vary slightly from the representative photos. Please read the description before purchasing. We don’t accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds unless the fault was our own. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for damaged items where the damage is not caused directly by us. We understand that things happen. So if you do have an issue with your product, please feel free to contact us. We want you to be happy with your order and are willing to work with you.

Pre-made items are shipped via USPS within 3 business days. We can only promise when we will ship a package and do not guarantee delivery by a certain date. Our jewelry is packaged in a small jewelry box. Multiple item orders will be placed in the fewest number of jewelry boxes up to three items per box. If you need multiple jewelry boxes (ie for gifting, etc) please message us and we will pack one item per jewelry box.

Current time until orders are ready to be shipped is 3-5 business days. We can only promise when we will ship a package and do not guarantee delivery by a certain date. Expedited shipping upgrades do not change production time they only speed up the shipping process. Our jewelry is packaged in a small jewelry box. Multiple item orders will be placed in the fewest number of jewelry boxes. If you need multiple jewelry boxes (ie for gifting, etc) please message us and we will pack one item per jewelry box.

Packages are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless buyer purchases upgraded shipping during checkout. USPS Ground Advantage does not include shipping insurance. Once shipped, USPS is responsible for the package and it's delivery. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Please contact USPS directly if your package is lost, damaged or missing. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as 'delivered' but are not found by the recipient (ie stolen, delivered to wrong address, etc). Please contact USPS if your package is missing but tracking says 'delivered'. We are not responsible for orders placed with an incorrect shipping address provided by the purchaser.

International shipping times may vary due to customs clearance and other variables. We have no control over international shipping times and cannot provide estimates on international shipping time. Your ChasedbyCats jewelry is handcrafted with natural wood and finished with oil and wax to keep it looking the best.
Moisture & Exposure
To avoid damage: Do not wear your earrings in the shower, bath, pool, etc.
Avoid prolonged exposure to humidity or excessive sweat.
Avoid harsh cleaning agent and chemical solvents like acetone, nail polish remover, ammonia, etc.
Conditioning Your Earrings (Infrequent but helpful!) Your wooden jewelry will benefit from an occasional touch of oil. Apply a light coat of food-safe mineral oil or butcher block oil using a soft, non-abrasive cloth.
Metal Components Polish with a soft jewelry polishing cloth as needed.
DO NOT use liquid metal polishers or tarnish removers

You can clean the metal parts using basic, gentle jewelry cleaning methods.
Avoid soaking or prolonged contact of the wood with any cleaning agents.
Ideally, only the metal components should touch sanitizing solutions.
What Not to Do (Proceed at Your Own Risk!) The following cleaning methods may result in sadness, regret, and/or experimental physics breakthroughs: Steam cleaning, boiling, sonication, autoclaving, or heating above body temperature Bleach, ammonia, acetone, nail polish remover, industrial cleaners, or chemical solvents UV-light sterilization or any form of ionizing/non-ionizing radiation (But hey, if you try it, let us know if your earrings gain superpowers.) Dry thoroughly before wearing or storing your jewelry.
