CORN bags can be used for both warm and cold.
For warm use: Heat the pillow in the microwave for an initial 30 seconds and check the temperature. If not hot enough, heat an additional 15 seconds and check again. Add 15 seconds at a time to get the pillow to the heat level desired. CAUTION: Pillows can get extremely hot in high heat and can burn the skin and eyes. Be sure not to overheat it before use. Test heat level indirectly first before placing on skin and eyes.
Use on your neck and shoulders, your knee, or your monthly cramps. Deliver hot warm moist heat to stiff necks, arthritic joints, migraines, menstrual cramps, pulled or tight muscles. You can also use your NagihanDesigns hot&cold pack as a heating pad too. Warm-up cold toes or help you fall asleep on cold days!
For cold therapy the wrap can be placed in a ziplac bag in the freezer for several hours, then removed from the plastic bag and applied to the desired area.
Chill in the freezer for a calming soothing cold pack that will help relieve inflammation, a fever, the pain of a sunburn, or a hot flush.

Hello There,
My name is Nagihan and I'm the designer behind NagihanDesigns. I am also a proud mother of two beautiful girls. My two daughters, in fact, work with me regarding customer service, photography, and social media. My educational background is in fashion design and Interior Design. I have a Masters Degree in fashion designing.( I love knitting and crocheting) I've always loved designing and making things with my bare hands. I like unique and fashionable items that are both functional and practical.
My inspiration mainly comes from texture and color. I love to play around with these two aspects and using them to have contrast in my products.
I strongly believe that handmade items, especially those created with natural materials, carry positive energy about them. I would only hope that this positive energy I hope to weave into my every stitch carries to the owners of my products.
All my products are designed from the start to finish handmade by me, in my pet and smoke-free home studio in Maryland.
I use my own patterns and use a variety of designer fabrics.
