Hello, Welcome. This item was made by me, Pam. I am a wife, mom, and nana. Worked 38 years as a pediatric nurse and now retired. I enjoy crafting and making gifts for babies and children. How it’s Made
Handmade by me sewing cotton fabric for holding the plastic bags. Elastic used at the top and bottom for adding and dispensing bags with ease. Cow head stuffed with poly fill. Crochet yarn used for strength of hanging the bag holder.
