Meet the Maker
Hi, I'm Caitlyn and I am from Pittsburgh, PA. I live an apartment with my 5 cats and my boyfriend. Originally, when we moved in, we had two cats, and a month later I gotten a text from a friend saying they're trying to find a home for three adult cats and wanting them to stay together. They weren't having any luck with finding a home for them, and we couldn't find a home for them either. So my boyfriend and I took them in with open arms. I work from home.
I do love to read! I am not picky on my genres but my go to are thriller, true crime, mystery, fantasy/young adult, and a little bit of romance. I also love learning (mostly different languages). I can speak a bit of Russian.
I started Go Imagine to share my love for handmade stuff for readers who love to travel or on the go who are always carrying a book. I started making book sleeves back in 2019 on Etsy (and still do). A year ago I started using scrape fabric to make scrunchies and lanyards. I love to draw as well, and make bookmarks on my tablet.

How it’s Made
This cowboy boots book sleeve was first ironed, then measured and then cut out. Afterwards I taken the cut western book pouch to my sewing machine, and then cut off the extra fabric and ironed again. After that I went back to my sewing machine and stitched around and cut off the extra material. Once I was done cutting off the extra material, I turned the country book protector inside out and pinned the opening close and hand stitch the opening shut. Once done hand stitching the opening shut, I then go back to my sewing machine and put stitch everything in place.

Do I accept returns, exchanges, or alterations after delivery?
I request that you reach out to me through Go Imagine message conversation during the process of your order. I only know your preference/request if you reach out to me before delivery. I will always try and do my best to assist you with your request!
Do I send photos before I ship items?
Due to the fact that I do this all by myself. I am unable to send photos or create any mock-ups before shipments. If you are interested in seeing any sneak peeks of customer items you can go to my Instagram. @mycreativereading
Do I offer refunds under any circumstances?
If it is personalize and/or damage during shipment I DO NOT offer refunds, but if not please do reach out to me if any problems. I would LOVE help you. But do give me 48 hours to respond.
Do I offer rush production?
All orders will be process the following day from the time you purchase your order. Unless you are purchasing on a late Saturday then your order will not be process till Monday.
What if your package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
MyCreativeReading is not responsible for your package that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once I hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver you package --please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding the delays or lost packages. If you suspect their is mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.
If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?
The price you paid at the time you place your order is the price of the item. Example, if the item is in a 20% off sale a week after you order we do not go back and refund all previous customer the amount.
