**PROCESSING TIME**
If custom design applies: Custom Pens are made to order and due to high demand my turn around time is up to 2-3weeks!

Hey guys, my name is Karen. I love crafting as a whole. Then I found that making pens was a true passion of mine. I love doing them. Upon discovering the whole world of epoxy, it has opened me up to creating digital files as well. I've always loved being creative! :)
Shop Policies
Refunds:
- No refunds on all digital files.
- No refunds/returns on Custom orders, but replacements will be issued for items that arrive damaged.
Processing Timeframe:
- My processing for orders are based on complexity of design/amount of orders that are current. I do not accept orders ahead of others, meaning orders are made in the order of which they are received.
- Typical processing times for pens is 1 week, but no more than 2 weeks.
Please understand that the processing times are usually always on time, but certain life circumstances may push out these times.
