Measures 11" wide 12" tall. Hand stitched cotton lining in matching blue and it has an inside pocket measuring 4" X 5.5"
with hand crafted (not by me) decorative sea shell clay button in the center top as well two little clay ball buttons at bottom of handle front.
Care instructions: Cold water wash gentle cycle, lay flat to dry. Carry your books or tablet to school or the park..

Welcome to Market Bags Boutique! We are absolutely delighted that you have chosen to visit us today!
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Josephine Scimeca. When my husband retired, he had a beautiful vision of cultivating a vineyard and a farm. So, we made the decision to move to Southern New Jersey, not too far from my children. We purchased a lovely piece of land, dedicating over 1 acre to growing grapes and vegetables. Let's not forget our charming addition of some chickens to the farm! :)
However, as part of our agreement, while my husband got his dream vineyard, I requested a space of my own for my creativity. Thus, the first thing he built was a magnificent studio for me to craft and have fun.
Having practiced the crafts of crochet and knitting for over 50 years, I have developed a profound love for crafting all sorts of items. What truly captivates me is working with exquisite natural fibers that exude beauty. It is this passion that inspires me to create sustainable and fashionable crochet market bags, totes, and purses. Each bag I meticulously craft is made from fine cotton and linen fibers, which are not only Eco-friendly but also provide a luxurious feel. Thus, every bag I create is truly one of a kind—I cannot emphasize enough that no two bags are exactly alike! They are all handmade by me, with the utmost care and attention to detail.

How it’s Made
This beautiful bag was hand crocheted in a hand dyed cotton (Hand dyed by my daughter) in a tight stitch. The lining was hand stitched also and it has a drop pocket. the purse is decorated with a sea shell button (which was also hand made by someone other than me)
This purse is very unique.
