Ever since I was a little girl, a ball of yarn and a crochet hook have felt like magic in my hands. My love for crochet began the day my grandmother sat beside me and patiently showed me the very first stitches. We spent countless afternoons together - her hands moving with graceful skill, mine slowly learning the rhythm. She taught me not just how to create, but how to put love and care into every loop.
What began as a childhood curiosity soon evolved into a lifelong passion. Over the years, I explored different patterns, colors, and textures, creating pieces for family and friends. Each project felt like telling a little story through yarn - one stitch at a time.

Color & Dimensions Policy
Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your device settings. As each bag is handmade, small variations are natural and part of its uniqueness. Buyers are responsible for reviewing all dimensions, shapes, and colors before purchasing.
Returns & Refunds
Buyers must contact me within 5 calendar days of receiving their order to request a return or refund. You may return the item within 10 calendar days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price.
To start a return, please message me directly. Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn, and in the original packaging to qualify for refund.
Refunds will be issued once the item is received back and inspected.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with clear photos before opening the package.
Contact me immediately with photos so I can assist with the next steps.
Without documentation, I may not be able to provide a refund or replacement.

Custom orders and personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping Policies
All items listed in my shop are ready to ship. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing in addition to shipping time. Custom orders may require 3-4 weeks for production before shipping.

Once an order is shipped, I cannot guarantee delivery dates.
I am not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address if the buyer provided incorrect shipping information.
