Shipping & Returns
Your towel holder is made to order and will be ready to ship in 5-7 business days. I only ship within the USA. Orders are shipped via USPS. Usually, orders are shipped with ground advantage, which takes about 2-5 days. However, other options are available at checkout.
Due to the personalized nature of my work, no refunds or replacements will be offered unless a mistake is made during the product construction. Such a mistake would be a different size, color, or item shipped other than what is stated on the order.
