Hi and welcome! I'm Teri, owner of Watermelon Tree Design. Why Watermelon Tree? As a Navy brat growing up in Southern California I once declared that "I didn't know what smelled better ~ the orange blossoms or the watermelon trees!".
As a stay-at-home Mom of four, I owned and operated my own handcrafted cottage industry while my now grown children were growing up. In 2023, after retiring, a few major life changes and receiving encouragement from my best friend I decided to put my creative juices back to work, Watermelon Tree Designs was born .I have loved color, design and crafting since childhood, making clothes for my dolls, finding and making new items to decorate with. That love has grown over the years and I enjoy creative brainstorming to introduce new ideas to my customers. I take pride in my handcrafted items and strive to give my customers the best products and excellent customer service.
