Crochet summer poncho pattern

This crochet poncho will have you feeling like a million bucks all summer long! The luxe drape and sheen of bamboo makes an elegant piece that resists getting hot and looks stylish. Pattern recommends truboo yarn but other options are listed.  Use category 3 summer yarn ( or category 2 cotton) and a 4 mm crochet hook.

The Costa Del Sol poncho has a sunburst on the front and back with an impact side border in contrasting color for added visual interest. By far of all the garments I've designed, this one overwhelmingly gets the most compliments in public. People stop to comment how beautiful it is. Photos do not do it justice.

Pattern is simple stitches and meant for an experienced beginner skill level and above.  Pattern is worked in one piece, no seaming at all.

Two lengths. The back is designed to be 3" longer than the front.  Petite/average is 30" at the longest.  Average/tall is 37" at the longest.   Video tips and tricks will help you pick your perfect fit before you get making you first chain.

Sizes are measured across: 30", 36" and 46". Model shown is 5'11  46" bust  wearing size two, 37" length. 

Two 14- page patterns are in the download of this listing. One is for the petite/average length and a second one for the tall length.  A chart is included  to understand the sunburst as well as line by line written instructions.
