1. How long until my order is shipped?
For in stock orders, usually will take around 2-3 business days to ship.
For Made to orders, usually take around a week to ship.
Please check the shop announcement for any updates especially during the holidays, may take longer process time.

If the order is yet to be shipped I am happy to combine orders and shipping costs! Please contact me. Please note this may delay your initial order.
3. Something is wrong with my order what can I do?
If you have any issues at all in regards to your order please contact me and I will try my best to resolve it.
4. Can I cancel my order?
As long as the order has not shipped and is not a personalized item or made to order, you may request an order cancellation. Please contact me as soon as possible if you would like to cancel.
