About this Product
100% cotton fiber archival ink print of my Crow and Mouse watercolor illustration.
I'm rather fond of crows and mice. I imagined they could be friends, maybe go on a journey together.
This print could be enjoyed in a variety of locations from a library or office, to a child's room or living room. This would make a nice house warming gift. The illustration is unique and fun. The matte finish of this paper creates the look and feel of my original watercolor painting.
* The paper has a matte finish and is acid and lignin free, it's heavy weight at 19 mil thick. I will sign the front of your print. This is an open edition print. The archival inks are guaranteed to last several life times.
* Gift: I would be happy to send this directly to someone special as a gift. I can include a little hand written note so they feel a connection to you. Please add the recipient's address when you check out and let me know what you would like to say in the Contact Maker'.
* Size: 8.5" x 11" - horizontal orientation. The image is 7 1/16" x 9 1/16", which fits nicely into a pre-cut matt for an 11" x 14" frame. * Processing - Shipping Time: this print will be on its way to you within 1 business day. My 8.5" x 11" prints are sent by USPS Priority Mail. They come in a cello sleeve and sturdy mailer with extra cardboard to ensure they arrive flat and ready to give as a gift or enjoy for yourself. Meet the Maker
Welcome! I am an artist-maker living in Maine. I work in my studio which is attached to our 200 year-old farm house overlooking the Sheepscot River.
My style is precise, colorful, and often a bit playful. When I'm not painting I can be found knitting, gardening, babysitting grandkids, or walking our dog along the river.
Previously I taught Visual Arts with National Board Certification at the Elementary and Middle School levels. Before settling in Maine over 30 years ago, I graduated from the Putney School in Vermont and received my BFA in Drawing/Painting from California College of the Arts.
My intention is to create work that is uplifting, soulful, and inspiring. I primarily work in watercolor. For some illustrations and paintings I use acrylic gouache, ink, and acrylics. I have 2 high-end printers for printing my Giclée Fine Art prints and Greeting Cards. I contract with professional printers for my other products. All artwork in my shop is my own creation.
I hope you find something for yourself here, or a special gift for someone. ♥
