**Shipping:

As many items are made on a per order basis ITEMS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 15 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving payment, Via USPS First Class Service. I ship First Class to keep shipping costs low for customers. If you would like your order shipped via a different method (ie. a faster method or a different shipper) please send me a convo. I only ship once a week(Usually on Fridays) & I do not ship on the weekends.

**Returns/Replacements/Exchanges:

I do not offer refunds. Only exchanges are accepted

*In the event of damage:

If you receive a broken/damaged item you must contact me within 48 hours of confirmed delivery with photos of the damage. A refund of your shipping cost will be issued and you will be asked to send the item back for replacement, repair or exchange for a different item of equal value. All replacements will be shipped back at my expense.
