CURATED PAIR of bookmatched Curly riftsawn American white oak butter knives approx 7". Knives were adjacent in plank, the grain continues when laid blade to spine facing same direction. VERY LIGHT CURL through blade and handle of both which appears more as glistening gold than 3D. Rustic style with thick, eased-edge handle and slightly thicker-than-normal blade. Very interesting straight grain, covered in golden silver flecking on both sides. Like almost all my items: sanded to 320 grit, burnished, then finished with food-safe wax. Easily maintained with mineral oil and wax.

S-tier Signature- Bookmatched pairs, supreme curl or flecking, ultra rare grain & stains.
A-tier Highly curled or rare figure, very interesting grain & stains.
B-tier Medium curl or figure, interesting grain.
C-tier Light curl or figure, rustic knots.

Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund, provided they are in the same new unused condition. All listed items are ready to ship. Orders ship same-day, to within 3-days. If your item becomes damaged from use please reach out for options. Although every item I craft is one-of-a-kind, we can work together to find a similar replacement at a large discount if it cannot be repaired.
