Pick the perfect minky print
Choose a coordinating minky solid to complement your selected print
If you would like to personalize your blanket enter the name in the text field, if not leave the no personalization option selected
Choose the embroidery font
Pick out the perfect embroidery thread color (if none selected we will use black)
Add matching bib and/or burp cloth
Once your order is placed, I get to work. Hand-measuring, cutting, and sewing with meticulous attention to detail, I bring your vision to life stitch by stitch. Using state-of-the-art embroidery software, I digitize your chosen text and delicately embroider it onto the bottom right-hand corner of the solid minky side.
But here's the cherry on top: quality is my middle name. I take pride in ensuring each blanket meets my exacting standards, guaranteeing a final product that's as exquisite as it is enduring.
Please note: good things take time. Your artisanal blanket will be crafted with care, and this attention to detail means it will take 3 - 6 weeks to ship. Please be sure the name entered is spelled correctly, embroidery will be completed based on this entry.

How did a retired healthcare executive end up in the world of sewing? Well, it all started with my mom, (Fran) who was an incredible sewist herself. She passed down her love for sewing to me so I decided to carry on her legacy by creating beautiful blankets and accessories.

How it’s Made
Creating each baby blanket is a meticulous and heartfelt process, ensuring that every detail meets the highest standards of quality. I begin by carefully hand measuring and cutting the fabric to precise dimensions, ensuring accuracy and consistency. The pieces are then expertly pinned or clipped together, ready to be sewn with strong, durable threads that provide lasting strength and durability.
For personalized embroidery requests, I take special care to digitize the design using my advanced embroidery software. Each design is then manually hooped and embroidered on a single-needle embroidery machine, allowing me to achieve intricate details and a perfect finish.
Quality is of utmost importance throughout this entire process. From the initial measuring and cutting to the final stitches and embroidery, I pour care and attention into every step. Finally, each blanket is thoughtfully packaged and mailed to its destination, ensuring it arrives in perfect condition, ready to bring warmth, comfort, and a touch of personalized charm to your little one.

Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at franshandmadeblankets@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at franshandmadeblankets@gmail.com.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items Attention Valued Customers: We regret to inform you that once an item has been used or personalized, we are unable to accept returns. This policy is in place to ensure the safety, hygiene, and satisfaction of all our customers. Personalized items are crafted to individual specifications, rendering them unsuitable for resale. Additionally, for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used items. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact our customer service team. Thank you for choosing our store. In addition, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at franshandmadeblankets@gmail.com.
