We offer a 24-hour cancellation window for orders.
To cancel your order, email info@jarijadecreations.com with "Cancel Order/Order Number" in the subject line within 24 hours of purchase.
Once the cancellation is processed, a full refund will be issued. Please allow 8-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Return Policy:
Personalized items are not eligible for returns.
Non-personalized items have a 1-day return window from the delivery date.
Returns must be shipped back to us by mail.
A 75% restocking fee will be applied to all non-personalized item returns.
Returns are only accepted if the reason for the return is due to our error.
In these cases, we will promptly replace the item at no cost to you.
