5. After you approve the final template, we will begin creating your unique artwork.
6. if you want send the portrait as a gift to someone else, just message the address and the message you want to put on the gift card. we will wrap the gift and send the gift directly to the person.
Return Policy: You can change or cancel your order any time before we start creating the final product. However, once the artwork creation has begun, returns and refunds are not accepted, as this is a handmade item. Thank you for your understanding.
