Precision Embroidery Using state-of-the-art embroidery machines, your custom design is meticulously stitched onto the fabric. We use high-quality thread to ensure vibrant colors and a long-lasting finish that won’t fade or fray.

As per our shop's policy, refunds are not permitted for edible products due to safety and health reasons. However, we are committed to addressing any valid concerns our customers may have regarding their orders. Snuffle Mats and Balls Refund Policy:
At Jumpin Jax D.T. we are dedicated to providing high-quality and durable snuffle mats and balls for your pets' enjoyment. We believe in the durability of Jumpin Jax snuffle toys and trust that they will not fall apart under normal use. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a 14-day refund policy for damaged snuffle toys.
If, within 14 days of receiving your order, you notice any significant damage to the snuffle mat or ball that affects its functionality, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to initiate the refund process and resolve the issue promptly.
However, please keep in mind that our refund policy does not cover damages resulting from aggressive chewing, misuse, or improper care. We kindly remind pet owners to supervise their pets during playtime and regularly inspect the products for signs of wear.
At Jumpin Jax your satisfaction and your pet's safety are of utmost importance to us. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our refund policy or the use of our snuffle toys, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team.
Non-Refundable Policy – The Stitch Witch
At The Stitch Witch, each item is made-to-order and carefully customized just for you. Because of the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final and non-refundable once production has begun.
Please note:
A non-refundable $10 deposit is required for photo digitizing.
A photo of the test stitch will be sent for your approval before any embroidery is completed on your item.
Once the final design is approved and production starts, no changes or cancellations can be made.
There are no refunds or exchanges on completed embroidered items unless there is a defect or error on our part.
We take pride in accuracy and craftsmanship, and we’re happy to answer any questions before your order is finalized. Thank you for supporting handmade work and understanding our policy!
