After returning to Casper, Wyoming, she continued to evolve her style, exploring diverse mediums from oil painting to textured, three-dimensional sculptures. Today, Ryan focuses on multimedia and resin arts, combining materials and digital elements to capture the intricate beauty of nature. How the Custom Burst Tumblers Are Made:
Each custom tumbler is a labor of love, crafted with care and attention to detail to ensure a stunning, one-of-a-kind result. Here's how the process works:
Choosing the Base Starting with a high-quality stainless steel tumbler with double-wall insulation to keep your drinks hot or cold for hours.
Creating the Vinyl Burst Design Your chosen colors, patterns, or text are cut and applied using precision-cut vinyl. This creates the "burst" design, which serves as the centerpiece of your custom tumbler.
Adding the Glitter Peekaboo Glitter is carefully applied in your selected color(s) to create a peekaboo effect. This process requires meticulous layering to ensure even coverage and a vibrant sparkle that catches the eye.
Epoxy Application To protect and seal the design, a layer of high-quality epoxy resin is hand-poured over the tumbler. This not only enhances the shine and durability but also provides a smooth, glass-like finish. Multiple layers may be applied, with curing time between each, to ensure the tumbler is perfectly polished and long-lasting.
Final Details and Quality Check Once the epoxy is fully cured, the tumbler is inspected for any imperfections. A BPA-free lid and reusable straw are included, and the tumbler is carefully packaged, ready to be delivered to you.
Each custom order tumbler is made to order, ensuring every piece is as unique as the person it's made for. The result is a beautiful, durable tumbler that you’ll love using every day!
Shop Policies
PROCESSING TIME
The time I need to prepare an order for
shipping varies. Processing time is different from shipping, this is solely based on the time I need to complete your order, Shipping time is not included in the processing time or turnaround time (TAT).
Ready-To-Sell (RTS): Tumblers and other RTS items are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
Ready-To-Personalize (RTP): Tumblers and other RTP items are processed and shipped in 2-3 weeks (10-15 business days).
Custom Order (C0): 3-4 weeks (15-20 bụsiness days). This is not to say it will definitely take that long, but it could. Please
keep in mind when ordering, if you have a
large order TAT is expected to be longer.
CHANGES TO ORDER
Unfortunately, changes CANNOT be made
once your order has been placed. This is for your protection as well as mine. This includes but is not limited to, shipping address change, name changes, personalization changes, etc. Please be as specific as possible when giving information about what you want on your tumbler or item. Provide as much details as possible including name, quote, design style, colors etc. Please be sure triple check any spelling or grammar for any requested names and/or other personalizations added to your order.
Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address. If you have entered the wrong address, and your order has NOT been shipped, you can contact me and I will try my best to change on my end. If any issues occur I may cancel and refund your order via store credit, and you will have to place your order again with the correct address, If your order has been shipped with the wrong address you will be responsible for contacting USPS to correct the address.You can also
attempt to make a package intercept on
their website. You will be responsible for any fees charged. If they are unable to make the change, and the package is sent back to me, I will cancel and refund the order via store credit after the package has been delivered to me, and you will have to place a new order. The refund will only include product price and will not include any shipping fees.
RUSH ORDERS
I do not offer rushed orders at the moment please place your order in a timely manner if needed by a specific date. All orders are worked on and completed in the order they are received, excluding RTS tumblers/items. I strive to get all orders completed by the estimated TAT.
SHIPPING
Once your order is placed, please allow
turnaround time & processing time to create and/or ship your tumbler or item and this does not include shipping time. Normal shipping days are Monday-Friday. Please be aware that I only ship out during those days, and may print shipping labels 2-3 days before actually
shipping your package out.
RETURN POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. I hope you are happy with your purchase
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any
reason, you may return it to the store for store credit or an exchange. Please see
below for more information on my return policy
My tumblers are created from a stainless-
steel double walled and vacuum sealed. Every Tumbler is made with the highest quality Glitter, vinyl, and FDA Approved Food Safe Epoxy (Resin) that gives
each tumbler high shine and a glass-like smoothness finish after the required cure
time. Tumblers will keep your favorite
beverages cold 24+ hours & warm up to 8 hours.
Due to the handmade nature of these tumblers minor imperfections are sometimes unavoidable (specs of glitter into a NON-GLITTER cup). I make every effort to ensure that your cup is perfect before presenting it to you. Since all items
are handmade, and due to the custom
nature of the items, I will do my best to match any inspiration photos but cannot guarantee that they will look the exact same as pictured.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase
date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all
original tags and labels attached.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at
ryanmariesartistry@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item
securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then
mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. I
strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, I will
process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from
the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. I will notify
you by email when your return has been processed.

details below to arrange a refund or exchange, Please Note Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
I RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL
AND/OR REFUND AN ORDER AT ANY POINT IN TIME DUE TO PROFESSIONAL OR
PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES. I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICES AT ANY POINT AND ANYTIME FOR ANY REASON.
TUMBLER CARE:
-Hand wash only
-Avoid using abrasive cleaners and
Sponges
-Not dishwasher sofe
-Not microwave safe
-Do not soak
-Tumblers are sensitive to extreme
temperatures. I do not recommend
leaving your tumblers in the car for
extended periods, or in the fridge or
freezer (Leaving your tumbler in the fridge
or freezer can result in breaking the
vacuum seal which will not keep your
drinks hot or cold).
They are not shatterproof, so please
treat your tumblers with care! Epoxy can
crack or chip if dropped.
