This personalized garden sign displays your first name with the choice of a ladybug, butterfly, dragonfly, or bumble bee image. Your sign is laser cut from premium quality 12 gauge steel (almost twice as thick as 16 gauge steel) and powder coated for a durable finish. You can also choose to leave your sign as raw steel (dark gray in color) and spray paint in the color of your choice or leave it to naturally rust. A perfect addition to your garden decor.

When I started this adventure, there were very few options available for creative and unique metal wall art. It was a wonderful opportunity to change the look and feel of metal!
Originally I started with a plasma cutter that I designed and built from tools and supplies that I had available. It was a game changer and the signs created from this machine were so well made that people would ask if they were laser cut. I now own a couple of laser cutters that guarantee quality cuts with the most intricate detail. Every new sign is pushing the envelope in design.
Each custom metal sign is cut from quality, heavy duty 12 gauge steel. Powder coated to help protect from the weather, or choose raw steel and paint in your favorite color.

SHIPPING POLICY
WE PROVIDE FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
In most cases, your order will be delivered within the estimated time of delivery. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most up to date delivery date.

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please make sure that you have provided the correct and current address for shipping and delivery. You may use P.O. boxes as your shipping address.
HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 8 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at refinedinspirations@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We aim to produce high quality and lasting signs. If for some reason you are unhappy, please email us as soon as possible at refinedinspirations@gmail.com and we will do all we can to make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at refinedinspirations@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Refined Inspirations, Inc., 9674 Ostrowski Way, Brainerd, MN 56401. You are responsible for shipping charges associated with returning a non-damaged item. You can always contact us for any return question at refinedinspirations@gmail.com.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as custom orders, house numbers, or personalized signs). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
