We offer refunds only for verifiable shipping damage and confirmed lost in transit packages. We do not accept returns or exchanges. All items are 'as pictured' and fully documented. Any random pull items are fully disclosed.

This process is fully interactive to finalization and therefore we offer no refunds, returns, or exchanges on these items. All custom orders over $20 require a 25% non-refundable deposit. Some items may be subject to additional materials deposits which also are non-refundable.
