Shop Policies
All of our items are made to order. Custom and personalized items are ready to be shipped in 5-7 business days. All other items are ready to be shipped in 3-5 business days.
Thank you for shopping at Echoes Custom Creations! For non-custom and non-personalized items, we offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. However, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
- Returned items must be received in original condition and must include all original product packaging/tags
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for personal products such as earrings.
- If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return. You are still responsible for the costs associated with returning the item.
