We use high-quality heavy 115lb. card stock and quality ink to produce a stunning result, and all orders include blank white euro flap envelopes. Invitations can be printed on either 1 or 2 sides. Our simple ordering process makes it easy for you to receive the perfect invitation in a timely manner, with turnaround in 1-2 business days. Your invitation printed by Papel will make a memorable first impression. Added Services are available: 1. Your return address printed on back flap of the envelope. 2. Your guest addresses printed on front of the envelope. We accept digital files purchased from our shop, other shops or created by yourself as long as they are print quality. If downloading from a templett editing program (i.e. Templett, Corjl, etc.) please save your file as a .pdf WITH BLEED for best results, only 1 per page. If downloading from Canva, please save as an .svg file to ensure fonts transfer to us correctly. If you have any issues with these instructions, feel free to message us your login information and we are happy to download the files for you correctly and for best printing results. SINCE FILES ARE SENT TO US PRINT READY, WE DO NOT SEND PROOFS UNLESS REQUESTED IN THE ORDER NOTES. If there is a problem with your artwork we will contact you. Your invitations will ship FREE via USPS ground advantage within 1-2 business days from the time we receive print ready artwork from you. Invitations will ship flat, carefully packaged and ready to stuff. You will receive a tracking email once your order ships. Most orders are received within 2-5 business days. Expedited shipping is available, message us for pricing. • Please PROOFREAD your designs carefully before submitting them for printing. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for errors or omissions. Keep in mind that colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitors and printers. • YOU MUST HAVE LEGAL RIGHT to print your desired pieces. If we have reason to believe the artwork you are sending is copyrighted, we will not print it and will refund your order. Meet the Maker
Owner, Kim Stealey, graduated with a degree in communications and government from Angelo State University in 1991. Her printing career began by owning a commercial printing company, and in 2007 she opened Papel to specialize in wedding and event invitations.
In 2019 Kim was joined by Kate Williams, and together they are the amazing #papelsquad. Both of these ladies love what they do and will ensure you have an excellent customer experience!

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Papel is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.
Shipping Carrier Issues
While we do our best to ensure your items arrive in the estimated timeframe, Papel has no control over products once they are handed off to the shipping carrier. Issues involving shipping delays or loss of packages by shipping carriers are not the responsibility of Papel. Should issues arise, we will do our very best to craft a fair and equitable solution for our clients.
