Return Policy for Customized Items
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on custom orders. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, we have a 7-day return policy for eligible items:
Items Eligible for Return:
Unopened and Unaltered: The item must be in its original, unopened condition.
No Customization: It must not have any personalized elements or custom designs applied.
Return Process:
Contact Us: Within 7 days of receiving your order, please contact our customer service team at powerprintllc2022@gmail.com to initiate the return process.
Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and specific return instructions.
Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please use a trackable shipping method and insure the package for its full value.
Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.

Custom Orders: As mentioned, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.1 We will work with you to resolve the problem.
