Share A Memory! These are completely customized patches. Your photo or image is permanently dyed into the fibers of the patch fabric. There is a black embroidered edge around the patch.
Patches can be applied to soft goods or hard surfaces. They are perfect for caps, jackets, vests, ect.
Memory photo patches are a wonderful way to celebrate the life of a passed dear one. They can also be used to share important events or items in your life. Show off your hobbies, your wins, or your grandkids. Anything you can take a picture of (don't make us blush) we can put on a patch. Got an old photo? No problem. Just scan the photo at a high resolution and send it on over to us.
NOTE: We cannot print copyrighted images.
You do not need a heat press or iron to put these patches on. They have a STRONG adhesive back. Just remove the protective paper cover on the back and press your patch where you want it to be. For extra stick - They can be placed under a heat press for 15 seconds at 300 degrees (press from front side of patch) or use your home iron on 300 degrees (wool setting) for 15 seconds and apply pressure (press from back side of fabric). For even more stick - a small drop of super glue on each corner and this patch isn't going anywhere!
Add any customization in the customization box when you order. Such as dates or names - Any text you want on the patch. Also, add any special instructions such as (take that extra woman out of the picture or that dog's tail). We will do the best we can and will send proof before we print.
Send your image or photo to us via convo. PNG or JPG files, please. Send the picture as large as you can - DO NOT crop.

Based in Texas, I’ve been crafting, designing, and selling online for over 25 years, perfecting my skills with everything from laser-cut wood designs to custom creations for all occasions. Whether it’s a DIY craft kit, a personalized gift, or a home décor piece, I pour my heart into every item I make. My creations are inspired by my Southern roots, love for history, and a desire to craft meaningful items that spark connection and creativity.

Shop Policies for Quail Street Designs
Processing Time: All items are handcrafted, and processing times vary depending on the product. Most orders ship within 3-7 business days, but custom or personalized items may require additional time. Please refer to the individual listing for specific details.
Shipping Policies: I ship via USPS and UPS and tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped. Quail Street Designs is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is lost or damaged, please contact me to resolve the issue. Currently, I only ship within the United States and Canada.
Returns and Exchanges: Due to the handmade and/or personalized nature of my products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective and at that time we will work with the shipping carrier. If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery, keep all packing materials and send photos of the damage, so we can work toward a solution. Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a mistake on my part.
Cancellations: Cancellations are not accepted.
Custom and Personalized Orders: I love creating custom pieces! Please message me with your ideas before purchasing, and I’ll provide a quote and estimated timeline. Custom orders must be paid in full before production begins.
Care Instructions: Care instructions (if necessary) are included in each listing or product packaging. For wooden items, keep them away from moisture and extreme temperatures for longevity.

Payment Policies: All payments are securely processed through GoImagine. I accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other forms of payment supported by the platform.
Local Pick-Up: Local pick-up is available for customers in the Crosby, TX area. Please message me to coordinate pick-up times. Payment must be made in advance through GoImagine.
