REFUND POLICY
At Unique Concepts Studio LLC, we want to give our customers the best Customized Art Pieces we can. Quality is our main objective with every custom piece of art we make. We want you to be happy with your purchase and enjoy the art made just for you! If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
- Each Custom item, Unique Concepts Studio LLC creates each customized art piece per order. Once your order is placed, we begin the creation process which includes, but not limited to, molding, sculpting, painting, and digital work so that each and every purchase is personalized to that specific order.
- Each Custom item, cancellations can be done within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, if applicable, refund will be issued minus product cost, time, and any additional costs associated with the art piece. No full refund will be issued after 24 hours of placing order.
- Each Custom item, processing time will vary with each order. The processing time will depend on our workload and detail of custom work required for each order.
SHIPPING POLICY
- Once order has been shipped, you will be provided with a USPS tracking number (or tracking number of shipping provider).
- Unique Concepts Studio LLC is not responsible for shipping delays once USPS tracking number (or tracking number of shipping provider) has been provided.
- Your purchase is insured up to $100 through the USPS with Priority Shipping only. Insured amount varies and depends on shipping provider.
