About Kristen Laurel
Kristen is a mom/bonus mom to a brood of 6 who reside in the piedmont region of Virginia. She and her family care for a small hobby farm that keeps chickens, rabbits, goats, their pet cats and dog, and the garden. She has been crafting for over 10 years with crochet being at the forefront of it all. She spends school pickups, late nights, and spare time working on items to donate, gift, and sell here in her shop.

Shop Policies
Handmade Items:
Each handmade item in my shop is unique, no two will look exactly the same. This may show as slight difference in texture, size, etc even when using the same materials. I try to keep these things to a minimum but variations will still occur. This is normal.
Custom requests:
Custom requests are taken at my discretion. Custom request make-times will vary. Upon talking with you about your request, you will receive a quote and private listing as well as details about the crafting process as it is happening. I require a partial payment upfront with the balance being due once your item has been completed and is being prepped to ship. Please allow time for the creative process - your request is very important to me.
Shipping/Local Pickup:
I try to keep a 3 to 4 day processing and packaging timeline, this is separate from the method of shipping chosen. My post office drop off days include Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. This may add an additional day or more if your order was placed over a weekend or holiday, or there was an issue with your payment.
Cancelations:
You may cancel your within 24 hours of being placed, a refund will be issued.
Returns/ Refunds
Please message me to discuss order issues, product issues, etc as we can work these out to the best of our abilities. I ask for kindness and understanding during this process as I try to work with you so we can both recieve the best outcome in this situation.
