Meet the Maker
My name is Jun Kizpolski, and I have always loved animals, and been a pet parent to cats, dogs, parrots, reptiles, and rabbits. But everything changed when little Myeon Jo entered my life. In Korean, Myeon Jo translates to “noodles”, and since he is a naked cat, he is also “nude”, thus the name “Nudles & Company”. My day practically revolves around him, he is like a child to me.
I decided to create Nudles & Company to showcase the best in the pets we love and cherish so much. My goal is to create art that represents your pet, whether it’s a personalized ID tag, a phone stand, or a commemorative painting. I want pet parents to be proud of their pets, and show the world how much they love them!
Shop Policies
Shipping
- All items take 3-4 days to be processed and shipped. If you do not receive shipping confirmation 7 days after placing an order, please email NudlesAndCo@gmail.com for an updated status.
Returns
- Any and all claims for items that are damaged on arrival must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- Photos and documentation of damage MUST be submitted via email.
- Items that are deemed to be damaged on arrival will receive a full refund.
The return policy varies for all item categories and are as follows:
- Custom made artwork (paintings, and prints) cannot be returned, or exchanged.
- Custom Made Collars cannot be returned, or exchanged.
- Ready Made Collars can be returned, or exchanged for a different collar, as long as the request is submitted within 10 days of receiving the collar. If there is a price discrepancy, the total will be adjusted to reflect that.
- Custom Made Tags can be returned, or exchanged, as long as the QR Code has not been activated. Once the code is active, the tag is no longer eligible for a return or exchange.
- Items that fall outside of these categories are reviewed on a case by case basis.
