How it’s Made
The 3D printed safety keychain and whistle are made with either PLA or PETG thermoplastic. The design is created in CAD and then converted to an STL/OBJ/3MF file and printed in layers with thermoplastic.
Shop Policies
Processing time is approximately 5-7 days for smaller orders and approximately 10-14 days for larger orders unless customization is needed.
Customization can take longer depending on what is needed.
If you need your item(s) sooner, reach out to us and let us know the situation and we will see what we can do to meet that deadline!
Warnings/Care Instructions: We typically use PLA or PETG thermoplastics or UV resin on our items. They can warp when exposed to excessive heat. If the product has softened due to heat, bring it to a room temperature area until it has hardened again. PLA and UV resin are not UV resistant so it should be kept out of direct sunlight for long periods of time. Not dishwasher safe, do not fully submerge it in water to clean it. Wash with warm soap and water if needed and then let dry completely. Do not drop or hit on hard surfaces. Dispose of it properly when no longer using it.
Shipping and Returns: We strive to get things to you quickly but we are not Amazon and these items are made to order. Since these are made-to-order custom items we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges unless there is an issue with workmanship (proof needed) or the order is wrong. We are human so we understand that issues come up. If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to us and give us the opportunity to correct it!
