♥PHOTOS The quality of the photo dictates the quality of the pillow. We are happy to look at photos before you purchase to find the best possible photo option. Avoid submitting screenshots and social media images.
♥FABRIC
CANVAS (BEST PHOTO QUALITY + SHAPE) - Canvas is a 100% polyester canvas characterized by sturdy construction and vivid, crisp color. Canvas provides the clearest photo quality when printed.
VELVET (SOFT + BETTER PHOTO QUALITY) - Velvet is a luxurious, 100% polyester heavyweight velvet and will add sophistication to any pillow with its high luster sheen and super soft hand.
MINKY (SOFTEST) - Minky is an incredibly soft, comforting, and plush 100% polyester fabric. This fabric is usually used for baby blankets and plush toys due to its cloud-like softness.
*All our fabrics are printed in-house using ecologically safe transfer sublimation inks that provide vibrant color and strong wash durability
♥CUT-OUTS are your image cut-out of the photo background. Proofs are not an actual representation of the printing results. Some fabrics print crisper than others. 1 complimentary proof and 1 revision is provided with each order (extra fees may apply when submitting new images and after one revision) In an effort to process your order as quickly as possible, proofs are automatically sent to print after 48 hours.
♥PRODUCT CARE Machine wash in cold water, using a phosphate-free detergent. Machine dry using a low-temperature setting for 10 to 15 minutes.
♥CANCELATIONS Orders can only be canceled before the background cut-out has been provided and within 24 hours.

Meet the Maker
Auré began in 2012 as a creative exploration for owner Susan Turner. Her passion to own a sustainable and ethical business while caring for the needs of her family, which includes two young girls, 3 cats, 1 dog, 2 fish and 5 lizards, motivated her to start the brand. During one holiday season she decided to make unique handmade gifts for her family. As a pet enthusiast and animal lover, she decided to make pillows with the family’s pets printed on them. This simple idea exploded into a successful and desirable product for other pet owners. The custom pet pillow phenomenon has motivated Susan to create other home décor collections that bring happiness and comfort to her customers.
Susan designs products inspired by playful lines and themes found in nature. Through her collections, she aims to capture the beauty and essence of the desert that surrounds the Auré studio in Surprise, Arizona. Auré products are practical and fun home goods that are meant for everyday use!

For defective or damaged products please email through Etsy messaging within 7 days of delivery.

Home decor stock items are eligible for returns within 7 business days. Customers are responsible for shipping the item back.
