HEY! My name is Jamie and I am the creator of the items you will find in my shop. I am a stay at home mom to 3 kids, 2 of which are special needs and have a lot of attention needed. I started making tumblers about 4 years ago. I love them and I'm super passionate about it.
Before becoming a mother I was a zookeeper full time!

Please note that all sales are final. No exchanges will be made if you change your mind after placing the order.
I the event that the item comes cracked from shipping, a claim will be filed and either the cup will be returned for repairs or replaced.
The custom tumblers are made by hand and sometimes take a linger than average processing time. If you have questions on your orders status please don't hesitate to contact me.
Tumblers are fragile and should be treated like glassware. Do not leave them in a hot car, do not place in a dishwasher, do not soak them for long periods of time. Do not microwave, all my cups are stainlesss steel.
