Turning a Joy Into a Business
I'm a graphic design professional with over 38 years of experience and have more than average versatility in my skill sets. I have been a freelance designer for the last 20 years and I create branding for clients and photo prints, collages, and posters as gifts for family and friends. I enjoy these types of projects immensely, so I decided to turn this joy into a business and get the best of both worlds. So I opened an Etsy shop and have expanded what I offer far beyond what I first thought I would. Now I'm bringing that joy and passion to Goimagine and I can't wait to see where this journey takes me. I'm so glad I did this because I've had so much fun working with my customers and creating meaningful art and inspiration for as many people as I can. I am also a black-owned, woman-owned business.
How it’s Made
This artwork is a photo manipulation.This is part of a series called Pet Fish Bowls. It's 4 prints that each features either cute kittens or cute puppies interacting with an unusual fish bowl. Each one was inspired by the original picture of the kitten or puppy. The fish and fish bowl were very intricate and took about 20 pictures to create. It was so much fun.
