About this Product
This edge grain cutting board was made with Walnut, Maple, and Cherry wood. Each piece of wood was cut, sanded, glued, and finished with food-grade oil and board butter. Using the edge grain provides a stronger more durable cutting surface. The board has hand grooves cut on the bottom for ease of lifting. A juice groove is cut all the way around the top of the board.
Proper care should be taken when cleaning the board, hand wash without submerging, use warm water and a small amount of dish soap will keep your board clean. After cleaning follow up with a good buffing of board butter.
This board makes a great addition to your kitchen or give as a wedding or housewarming gift!
This board is 17 1/2" long, 11 3/8" wide, 1 1/4" thick.
