Processing vs. Shipping Time: Remember, processing time (6 to 10 business days) is different from shipping time. After we've lovingly crafted your treats, they embark on their journey to you.
Your Ship To Address Matters: U.S.P.S is responsible for safely delivering your orders to the ship-to address you provide. So, before you complete your order, please double-check and verify that your ship-to address is correct. Thank you for helping us ensure your treats reach the right paws!
Damaged Orders? We're Here to Help: If, by any chance, your cookies arrive damaged, we want to extend our sincere apologies. We're here to assist you. Please contact us if you have any questions. Additionally, follow the steps below for damaged shipments:
USPS CLAIMS: In the unfortunate event of damage during shipment, keep the cookies, any damaged pieces, and ALL packaging materials. To initiate a claims process, contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).
Please note that USPS will retain all packaging materials, including the broken items (cookies) and any parts, during their inspection. If your refund is approved, it will be processed directly by USPS. While we can't guarantee USPS refunds, we'll do our best to support you through the process.

At Doggie Bag Biscuits, we want every experience to be pawsitively delightful, but we also understand the unique nature of our products. Under normal circumstances, refunds are not typically issued due to the perishable nature of our treats. However, we do believe in making things right when needed.
