- Besamim Jar: A 2 oz jar of Besamim, a custom blend of aromatic spices including cloves, cinnamon, myrtle, and orange peel.

Our products are shipped using recyclable and sustainable honeycomb padding, rather than bubble-wrap.
Why do we use beeswax?
- Beeswax candles are safer for people and the environment. Beeswax is a naturally occurring byproduct produced by honeybees. The candles burn clean, unlike standard paraffin candles, which are made of a petroleum byproduct. They also release negative ions, which bond with harmful positive ions and cleanse the air.
- Beeswax candles burn longer and emit a soft, warm light and slight honey scent.
- Beeswax candles are dripless, unlike paraffin candles which are very prone to messy drips.

SAFETY
- Trim wick to 1/4" prior to lighting. Burn within sight. Never leave burning candles unattended. Keep away from children and pets. Burn in well ventilated area.

How it’s Made
Both Shabbat candles are hand-dipped, cut, and shaped in pure, locally sourced beeswax. The havdalah candle is hand-dipped, cut, shaped, and braided in the same wax. The pamphlets and matchbox-labels are custom-designed. The boxes are locally sourced and the wood is sustainably harvested; they are then hand-stained and painted with a stencil I manufactured. The besamim spices are hand-mixed, blended, ground, and jarred. All other components are carefully curated by yours truly!
