About this Product
Not to brag - but these peanut butter cups are so good that I have to hide the cream from my kids so they don't eat it all before I can get the cups made. I constantly have customers asking if they can just buy the tub of peanut butter cream. So much so that I've just started offering the cream by the tub.
Peanuts are a very hearth healthy nut. Peanuts have the highest amount of protein out of all the nuts (7 g per serving!). It's a healthy fat with benefitical amounts of magnesium, folate, copper, phosphorus, fiber, niacin and maganese. Peanuts contain more than 30 minerals and vitamins.
I make my peanut butter cream for my cups a couple of different ways for your dietary needs. The original option is with all natural peanut butter, grassfed butter, a touch of sea salt and swerve confectioner's sugar - so you don't get the sugar spike like you do with so many other peanut butter creams. The second option is with Local Raw Honey instead of swerve.
A vegan option is available where I use cocoa butter instead of grassfed butter and swerve instead of honey. However, the vegan option is only available in dark chocolate - for now.
Choose from 70% dark chocolate, milk chocolate or white chocolate.

How it’s Made
I make my own peanut butter using organic peanuts and sweeten with Swerve - a healthy sugar alternative. I use Swerve because it dissolves well and doesn't have an after taste or upset the stomach. I source all of my chocolate direct trade, which means it comes straight from the farm and the farmers who farm it, from a co-op in Ecuador. There are no preservatives and I make everything fresh to order.
