Dana is the founder of The Salty Cat Co and is an avid crafter. She is passionate about creating handcrafted items for others and trying new things. Her goal is to build The Salty Cat Co into a one-stop-shop for that special something, whether for someone else or yourself! When she's not at the life-draining, bill-paying job, you can find her crafting, spending time with family or traveling to her daughter's volleyball tournaments.

Processing Time: How long it will take to make and package your order
- Current Processing Time: 1-10 business days (Monday-Friday).
Shipping Time: How long it wil take to receive your order once dropped at the post office
- Shipping Time: 1-8 business days (Monday-Friday)
Refunds
- All sales are final; no returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Issues with an Item
- If your item is damaged, defective, or you received an incorrect items, please us immediately via email. Customers have 3 days after their order was delivered to inspect their package and contact us regarding issues with their order. If we are not contacted within 3 days of you receiving your order, we are no longer able to resolve the issue.
