What you get are five PDF patterns ranging in hat sizes; XSmall (21-22"), Small (22-23"), Medium (23-24"), Large (24-25") and X-Large (25-26"). To be printed on US letter size 8.5"x11", and a link to an instructional video to follow for the assembly of the hat. Each PDF contains the hat pattern with the Celtic knot designs and without in case you wanted to add your own designs. If you decide to attempt the leather carving of the knot patterns and you are new to leatherworking, please practice on scraps before attempting it on your hat. I encourage you to do a quick test fitting with a taped-together paper version of the hat before moving on to leather. Make sure it is in fact the size you will need. Leather will add some thickness to the circumference, so the paper version should feel loose on the head. If you can fit all four of your fingers underneath the brim between your head and the hat and it still moves freely quite a bit, you can go down a size. This pattern was designed to be created using leather. Other materials could be used with the pattern if you so choose, just know your end results will differ.

You will need; 4-6 oz Veg Tan Leather and 2-4 oz Chrome Tan leather for the softer more flexible sweatband on the interior of the hat, a basic understanding of leathercrafting, a toolset, a few end cap rivets, and a small buckle for the adjustment strap in the back. Assembly time could vary between 8 –16 hours depending on if you do any carving/stamping.

TERMS:

- No reselling of the pattern or giving away for free. For personal use only.

- You may sell what you make using the pattern, but for every twenty items sold I simply ask that you purchase the pattern again to cover the artist's rights as the designer.

- Copywrite remains with the designer.

Welcome to my shop, my is Jason Craft. A native Minnesotan my journey into the world of arts and crafts began when I was just a kid, I was always creating/building things. Over the years, this childhood curiosity blossomed into a full-fledged passion for creating unique, handcrafted pieces that combine the rustic charm of wood with the timeless elegance of leather. Crafting is more than just a hobby for me; it’s a way of life. There’s nothing quite like the satisfaction of turning raw materials into something beautiful and useful. I love the challenge of bringing a new idea to life and the joy of seeing my creations find a place in someone’s home. Knowing that my work is appreciated and cherished by others is the ultimate reward.

Thank you for visiting my profile! I look forward to sharing my passion with you and hope you find something special that speaks to you.
