What you get is a PDF pattern to create a leather messenger bag with carvings. To be printed on US letter size 8.5"x11", and a link to an instructional video to follow for the assembly of the bag. There are parts to the pattern that are split up across multiple pages, letter-coded and labeled for easy lining up/assembly of each part. If you decide to attempt the leather carvings and you are new to leatherworking, please practice on scraps before attempting it on your bag.
This pattern was designed to be created using leather. Other materials could be used with the pattern if you so choose, just know your end results will differ.
You will need; 4-6 oz Veg Tan Leather and 2-4 oz Chrome Tan leather for the softer more flexible sections of the bag, a basic understanding of leathercrafting, a toolset, a few end cap rivets, leather lace, and three small buckles and two clasps.
The finished bag measurements are roughly 15" wide by 11" tall by 3.5" deep. Assembly time could vary between 30 –40 hours depending on if you do any carvings or decide to do a double lace stitch vs normal stitch.
