IMPORTANT Belly band sizes correspond to the dog’s waist measurement. Examples: If your dog’s waist is 16 inches, select Size 16. If your dog’s waist is 14.5 inches, round up and select Size 15.

Belly Bands for puppies and adult dogs are a practical solution designed to meet a variety of needs. Whether you are house training, have a dog with bladder issues, or are dealing with marking habits, Belly Bands (also known as dog diapers or belly wraps) offer a simple yet effective way to tackle these challenges. You will appreciate the peace of mind you get when your dog is wearing a belly band.

My belly bands are designed to be used with a self-adhesive feminine napkin or an adult urine-absorbing pad (cut in half). Just remember to change wet pads promptly to keep your dog comfortable.

Please keep in mind that the placement of patterns may vary, and the actual color might differ slightly from the product photos due to lighting and screen differences.

FEATURES:

• Narrower bands: My belly bands are about 3.375 inches wide – narrower than most other brands. This is plenty of room for the pad without adding a lot of uncomfortable bulk for your dog.

• Wide hook and loop tape: I use 2” wide hook and loop tape to ensure easy alignment and secure closure.

• Tapered ends: I taper the ends so there is just enough fabric to cover the hook and loop closure, which means that there isn’t a lot of extra fabric and bulk on your dog’s back. Tapered ends make it easier to align the hook and loop tape and put the belly band on your dog.

• Small size increments: My belly bands are available in one-inch size increments allow for a better fit so that you don’t have ends over-extending and flopping around if it’s too big, and you won’t have a lot of exposed hook and loop if the belly band is too small.

• Exterior fabric: 100% cotton (top and bottom). I don’t use fleece because it tends to be hot for most dogs. The cotton fabric I use is comfortable for your dog.

• Inner layer: 100% cotton batting that breathes well and provides body without being too stiff.

• Pre-shrunk: I pre-wash the exterior fabric and interior batting to minimize shrinkage after you receive your belly band.

• Thread: High quality polyester thread that does not wick urine through the cotton.

Measure your dog around the waist near his genitals. You’ll want a snug fit (not too tight), allowing for the pad. Belly band sizes correspond to the dog’s waist measurement, not the length of the belly band. The overall length of the belly band includes the length of the hook and loop fasteners. In between sizes? Round up!

CARE:
Machine wash in warm or cool water with hook and loop fastener closed to protect other garments. I highly recommend line drying to prolong the life of the product. Use the lowest heat setting if you choose to machine dry. Note that even though I pre-shrink all fabrics and batting layers, your belly band may show slight puckering on the inside if you put it in the dryer. It’s cosmetic only; your belly band is fine!
