Made-to-Order means each set is uniquely customized just for you, whether for personal use, gifts, or promotional purposes. The coasters are sublimated using a heat press, ensuring high-quality and durable prints that will not fade or peel over time.

Refund policy:
Due to the custom nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Damages:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at honestlyinnovative@gmail.com if your item is defective or damaged. Please be sure to include your order number, contact number and photos of the packaging and the product clearly showing the damage. We will evaluate each situation and work with you to make it right.
Shipping policy:
All orders are shipped using the most convenient service for your location and preferences. Unless otherwise discussed, we ship within ten days of receiving your order and will provide you with a tracking number. Unfortunately, packages may be faced with shipping delays beyond our control and we can assume no responsibility for delivery once your item has left our hands.
